Aircraft Inspections, Records Surveys & Operator Audits

Aeronave’s experienced team of inspectors conduct thorough aircraft inspection surveys, which includes a comprehensive review of maintenance and operational records as well as an audit of the airlines operational maintenance arrangements. Our approach to understanding each asset ensures that aircraft owners receive:

• thorough aircraft pre-purchase and lease transaction analysis report, including, if required, an ISTAT based valuation opinion;

• details concerning the airline’s operational maintenance and continued airworthiness management arrangements in respect of leased or financed assets; and

• lease term, interim inspections for determining a lessee’s compliance with the lease agreement, including any rectification recommendations and follow up actions that may be required.

Aircraft Asset Management for Owners

Aeronave’s team has an extensive airline and operating lessor background, we have managed & re-marketed lessor’s assets throughout several industry cycles. Specific services for aircraft owners include:

• origination - aircraft trading and securing leasing opportunities with airlines;

• scheduled lease transition management as well as aircraft delivery, re-delivery, recovery and repossession management covering, with a fully integrated solution, the entire remit of requirements, i.e., legal, technical, airworthiness and ferry flight management; and

• lease term contract management ensuring timely billing and follow up of payments and other obligations.

Originating Support Services

We have a long track record of successfully negotiating commercial arrangements with aircraft manufacturers, maintenance organisations and service providers for the supply of aircraft, parts and services. On behalf of aircraft owners we can:

• source, negotiate and implement contractual arrangements for goods and services that are essential for the continued airworthiness of aircraft, particularly during scheduled lease transitions or periods when aircraft are un-leased;

• obtain ad hoc services such as flight crews, flight planning and fuelling arrangements for ferry flights; and
