Aeronave’s team has successfully invested more than $4bn of capital into Aircraft investments, throughout several industry cycles, we have acquired new aircraft from manufacturers as well as purchased, sold and parted out used aircraft and engines, with or without leases attached. We have built strong industry relationships and will provide buyers and owners with:

• a wide range of asset purchase, lease placement or disposal choices;

• thorough analysis of transactions, including full due diligence, documentation negotiation support and financial analysis;

• detailed aircraft inspection, including future utility, asset management and valuation opinions; and

• full support for closing the aircraft transaction (conditions precedent) the delivery process and post delivery follow ups (conditions subsequent).

Aircraft Leasing for Airlines

The Aeronave team has enjoyed long term relationships with majority of the lessor community, but as people that started their careers in the maintenance and operational environments of airlines, we also understand an operator’s needs. We can assist airlines with:

• sourcing opportunities to secure leased aircraft, with full support during the negotiation, delivery and post delivery management of aircraft;

• delivery or redelivery management, providing fully budgeted project planning aimed at minimising costs whilst achieving the on time delivery or return of the aircraft; and

• lease agreement reviews with the aim of reducing lease costs or assisting with any disputes, for example maintenance reserve claims or redelivery maintenance compensation payments.

Financing

Aeronave has strong relationships with many financiers and capital markets investors, we can assist airlines and owners to source funding for aircraft, engines and spare parts inventories.

The Aeronave team has a deep technical knowledge of aircraft, this combined with many years of aircraft leasing and airline operational experience means we understand how aviation assets are purchased, financed, leased, utlised and traded. With our real time exposure to aircraft trading and financing, Aeronave can provide a detailed review of assets and the key issues impacting investment returns, we specialise in providing :

• detailed reviews of assets and lease documentation so that a thorough analysis of revenues, obligations and risks is provided to an owner or prospective buyer;

• detailed review of portfolios, such as asset securitisations to provide opinion regarding: assets - including utility and transition issues; lessees - including credit and jurisdiction matters; lease manager or servicer; and transaction structures; and

• opinions associated with detailed asset inspection, including value impairment and unique asset type appraisals;
